Joining
Before applying to join, we advise that you first sign up to MACI - JustGo and then My SRS - IAA online and register as a, 'UAS Drone Operator'. If you intend to fly outside of MACI approved sites, you may also need the IAA, 'Proof of Online Training Certificate'. If you are under (16), a parent or guardian can register on your behalf.

UAS OPERATOR CERTIFICATE
Most drone pilots will need a, 'UAS Operator Certificate'. This step (Step 2) is often the most tricky part for new members. An initial sign up to the My-SRS portal is required before you proceed to obtain the Certificate. Please also read the latest MACI Guidance for IAA Registration.

CLUB & MACI MEMBERSHIP
Once you have set up your, 'MACI Profile' and registered as a 'UAS Drone Operator', you can send us a request to join by choosing our club from the list in the MACI Just-Go system. At this point you should also upload your, 'UAS Drone Operator Certificate' to your profile.
We will receive notification of your wish to join and send you an application form (including a guide of how to complete) along with a copy of the Club Rules. Once you have joined, you can proceed to pay the MACI membership fee - again through MACI Just-Go
